Keep your job search skills sharp, even in the employed times

The longer it has been for you since your last real job search, the more likely it is that you are in need of polishing your job search skills, especially your interviewing skills.

One of the best ways for keeping your interviewing job search skills sharp is role playing with a friend. Seek out a colleague, group of friends. or mentors to ask you the interview questions in a mock interview situation, and then keep tweaking those answers until you have confidence in your interviewing job search skills.
